A Pocket Stone is a small smooth or polished stone that is usually two inches or less in size. It is embossed with a depiction of an animal or animal symbol. It is a convenient way to carry the vibration of an animal with you as you move about in the world. You can carry it just because you like it and like the way it makes you feel. Most people carry a Pocket Stone to keep close the energy of a spirit animal or their totem or power animal. Animal totems are animal spirits that remain with you for all of your life and form a core part of your being. Spirit animals are animals used by spirit guides to give you messages which are accessible at any time by anyone (if you open your eyes and see) in dreams or in the physical world.
