Do you have a catalog?

No we do not. We do add new merchandise to our site frequently.

Do you have a retail store?

Yes we have a retail store. Our showroom hours are:

Wednesday-Friday: 11:30-5pm

Saturday: 10:30-4pm

Sunday: 12-3pm

We also offer after hour appointments. If your in the area please call to set up an appointment.

Is the store secured for credit card transactions?

Yes. When you begin the check out process, you will see the little “lock” in lower right-hand corner on your web browser.

Can I track my package?

Yes. You will be sent a tracking number when we print your shipping label.

When Will Your Order Ship?

You will receive an email notification with a package tracking number when your order has been shipped. Please check your Spam or Junk email folder for this notification.

Can I have my purchase(s) sent to an address other than my billing address?

Yes.  Simply complete your preferred shipping details during checkout.

Which Crystal Will I Received?

If you choose a product with a number that is the product you will receive . If multiple pieces are shown, we will do our best to select individual pieces that best represent the stone you have chosen.
